Creating links from high moderated forums are little difficult. You need to contibute to the forum to add links from a moderated forum.

How to create:
Register and fill your profile information completely
Help others is the key, just help as much as you can
Get likes or mentions from the moderators
Make yourself known to the moderators
Answer other queries with relevant links, I mean add links wherever it requires them
Similiar way, try marketing your busienss in the relevant category to the relevant question

Its not that much easy to create backlinks from a high moderated forum.
It will be easy if you find a relevant forum related to your niche and helping content in your website/blog.

Even before helping, read the forum rules.
Some forums has different rules for each board. If you follow the rules then moderators will be so friendly to you.

Some forums accepts do follow links in the signature, but most of the forums allows no follow links in the signature.
Signature links gives traffic.

Try to add links in the forum posts by helping others. Answer other questions with right examples with right links.
Make the contributors and the moderators of the forums think that we are adding the link since it has the complete answer for the query asked.
